Community Rules
No backing up into parking spots.
Tenants must accompany guests at all times and are responsible for their guests and their conduct. Overnight guest stays are limited to 7 consecutive nights in 1 month.
Pool hours are from 9am to 10pm.
No pets in pool area.
No alcohol in pool area.
No glass in pool area.
Minors must be accompanied by adults in pool area.
Pets must be on leash and accompanied by owner at all times.
Tenants must pick up after their pets and dispose of waste in designated bins.
Window coverings must conform to the community's existing color scheme.
No bicycles or roller blades on pathways.
No washing or bathing of pets in laundry room sinks.
No clothes lines are permitted outside of units, balcony railings are not to be used as clothes lines.
No smoking in common areas.
Washing of vehicles in the parking lot is not permitted.

How to deal with security or suspicious behavior
In the case that you notice suspicious individuals or behavior in the parking lot, pool or other common area, DO NOT intervene or approach the individual. Advise the Property Manager who will take appropriate measures.
Parkway Plaza is a crime-free housing community and security is everyone's responsibility.

What constitutes an emergency:
An emergency is an issue which if not attended to immediately will result in bodily harm or damage to the unit.
Examples include fire, flooding from toilets or faucets, escape of gas or other hazardous leaks. Please refer to your Emergency Addendum for details.

A service fee will be levied for tenants using the emergency number for non- emergency requests.
